- Move the location of the opt-in button on your website. Getting customers to sign-up for newsletters etc. is the best way to build your email list – try putting that button on the top left of the page (this is often where your eye goes first).
- Try hover ads to gain some attention. Hover ads are a bit like pop-ups, but they won’t be blocked.
- Showcase a single product on your homepage. If you sell a lot of products, that can be overwhelming to a consumer, but if you make one product the star of the show, it may be easier to get attention.
- Add great images. In today’s online market cool graphics and images are key. People love to click on pretty pictures – so spice it up!
- Trying changing your headline regularly. Use your headline as a way to feature different benefits or interesting info. Change it regularly to keep it fresh.
