I always love it when women in Hollywood get together to discuss their experiences in the male-dominated industry. These days, it seems like everyone is speaking out honestly on their reality and it’s really changing the conversation about women. The Hollywood Reporter released their latest cover including ladies like Kirsten Dunst, Kerry Washington, Julianne Margulies, Regina King, Constance Zimmer, Sarah Paulson, and of course, my girl, Jennifer Lopez. All the ladies look fierce on the cover and inside the pages of the magazine. Each of the women don white, peach and blush tones while strike strong poses that reminds me of the strong women they play on TV. Check it out below.
