Stop Glitter Fallout with This Trick
- Start with a trusted adhesive. I prefer Motives® Cosmetics Glitter Adhesive. This stuff works. Use it as a tacky base for your eye look. This is key in preventing glitter fallout, so it’s important that you get a product that works well in order to get the job done. That’s why I always reach for our glitter adhesive. Trust me, this product works.
- Next, use a flat brush to pick up glitter from the pot. Be sure to tap off the excess and let the loose glitter fall before applying it to your lids. This is important because it will help prevent those loose particles from falling onto your face and eyes.
- Use a patting motion to apply the product to your eyelids. Be sure to use a firm yet light touch because you don’t want to damage your eyes. Apply the glitter where you’ve applied the adhesive so it sticks properly onto the lid.
- If you’re expecting fallout, you can always use something like a business card or a post it note underneath your eye to catch that fall out!
