In life, failing is inevitable. It’s what we do with those
failures that make us who we are.
Every day we are faced with challenges. Some last for just a few
minutes, while others might last for months. And although life’s hurdles are
very exhausting, there’s a way to change our mindset that will help us see the
opportunity in these frustrations.
If you find yourself faced with a challenge, ask yourself
two questions: How can this challenge make me a better person? What can I learn
from this frustration? If you’re able to answer these two questions, I bet
you’ll have an easier time getting through this hard time.
I believe the universe never throws us something we can’t
handle. Instead, it presents opportunities to become better people. And isn’t
that what life is about? Leaving the world a little bit better than when we
arrived?
So instead of becoming paralyzed and scared when a difficult
arises, confront if with courage and compassion. Remind yourself that this is
an opportunity to learn about yourself and possibly the other people involved.
You will never be defeated if you leave the situation gaining new
knowledge.
