I try to avoid fast food as much as possible, but sometimes there’s no avoiding it. So if you find yourself in a similar predicament, the least you can do is make smart choices. Once you’re there, ask for the nutritional facts. I know that’s a scary thought. But seriously, check it out. You might be surprised. And that way you know which items you definitely want to stay away from.
