It has been said that dreams give us glimpses into the destined life that has been created for us. Through these insights it ignites an unexplained sense of knowing that who we are, our states of being, mental and physical has not yet reached its greatest dimensions or seen its greatest potential. It is because of these dreams that the perspective of our journey changes. We no longer view our losses as heartache but as character builders. We see rain as water that enables us to grow. We recognize that what we carried at the beginning of our journey, some of it was necessary to lie down along the way to not serve as burdens. We actually welcome the life altering storms because of the intuitive wisdom that is left when the water recedes. The weariness we experience in our walk helps us to build endurance and tenacity, for these are tools we will need to sustain us when we reach destiny.
It is because of these dreams that we develop an undying drive and work ethic to no longer dream but experience them as a manifested reality. It is through an indestructible attitude of courage that through this process, the dream chaser becomes pursued by the dream. Some may say that this is where a dream chaser has found success. This may be true,
however, for some extraordinary individuals, success is when they can return to the same weary path that they have just traveled to coach and empower others towards their destined locations.
It is not an everyday occurrence that we meet these individuals. For they fly under the radar not looking to be singled out or praised but strategically moving amongst us looking to inspire, support, and encourage those of us who dare to have the courage to become. I had the privilege to speak at length with one of these individuals who within our conversation through her life lessons, the sincerity within her voice, and the genuine mental and emotional place of which she resides, created wind gusts around me enabling me to soar a little more stronger.
Loren Ridinger the Senior Vice President of “Market America”, creator of “Motives Cosmetics”, “Cellular Laboratories Skincare” and “Loren’s Jewels” is more than what meets the eyes. She uses these platforms to fulfill the greater mission to enable other individuals to live and lead greater lives. She is the wife of JR Ridinger of twenty years and the doting mother to Amber Ridinger. She could be labeled a rags to riches story, but I would not dare diminish the light that resides within and around her by placing a common label. No, what Loren Ridinger represents is a dream chaser who has a recognized purpose to power story.
I encourage you to read this not as an interview but as a personalized experience with an authentic, ingenuous dream chaser.
Hope Today Magazine: As a young woman before you really stepped into destiny, what did you envision for your life?
Loren Ridinger: I have always been very driven. I knew that I wanted to move into a direction that helped people. I had a very encouraging mother. I met my husband at a young age. He was struggling, as was I. It was hard to make it. We knew that we had to get somewhere because we desired more and did not want to stay where we were. I always wanted tohelp people become successful. We are successful because we help people become a success.
Hope Today Magazine: Take me through the thought process for developing Market America with your husband and brother.
Loren Ridinger: We didn’t have any money to start. There was no money for payroll, so no one was receiving a paycheck. My husband had this amazing vision concerning the Internet at a time when the focus was not on Internet companies or people shopping on line. We kept getting no’s but went to people who said yes. We developed Market America with our products and created psychic income for people. Through Market America we enabled people to create the lives that they desire to have. Through helping other people, we helped ourselves.
Hope Today Magazine: Through your growth in the entrepreneurial process, what has kept you focused and strong in your belief that your companies could succeed?
Loren Ridinger: My surroundings are controlled. Everyone around me teams up with me and believes in my mission. I eliminate people from my life that are negative. Thinking about new trends keeps me motivated. Doing what I love is my passion.
