- Sticking to a strict diet of lots of veggies, leafy greens and lean proteins is number one. Eat 2 cups of leafy greens, a protein the size of the palm of your hand and a handful of nuts, like almonds or walnuts, with every meal.
- Exercise!
- 3 days a week, leg workouts are a must – squats, lunges, toe taps and step-ups for sure!
- On the alternate days from your leg workouts, incorporate moderate levels of cardio like running, jogging or biking for 30 minutes a day.
