20 Snacks Under 200 Calories

Sweet and salty snacks are everywhere. From cookies to candy the holidays bring out the baker and treat giver in us all. Between the office potlucks and holiday parties, the extravagant appetizers to more cocktails than you care to remember, a list of snacks under 200 calories could really come in handy right now. In between all the celebrating, you still have to find a way to maintain the healthy you and still look great in all those party dresses. Here’s my favorite list of 20 snacks under 200 calories – yum 🙂

1.     Blueberries & a few almonds

2.     Popchips

3.     Kale chips (you can even make these at home!)

4.     Strawberries & celery with peanut butter

5.     Handful of pretzels & almond butter

6.     Laughing Cow Swiss with cucumber slices

7.     Genisoy Apple Cinnamon Soy Crisps

8.     Smartfood Cranberry Almond Popcorn Clusters

9.     Dried blueberries & a handful of pistachios

10.     Celery & salsa (This is super LOW in calories!)

11.     Michael Seasons Baked Jalapeno Puffs

12.     Greek yogurt topped with frozen strawberries

13.     Almond slices & frozen banana

14.     Non-fat greek yogurt with a little Nutella (doesn’t that sound delish?)

15.     Tomato soup with a little dollop of sour cream

16.     Low-fat granola & applesauce

17.     Light mac & cheese by Fiber Gourmet

18.     Jello!!

19.     Summer squash mashed with a little olive oil

20.     Apple slices & veggie cream cheese for dip
