- Watercress: Make a light salad out of this cleansing leafy green.
- Fresh fruit of any kind! Filled with vitamins and fiber, fruit is the best snack out there.

- Lemon water: SO delicious when all you want is a cleansed, refreshed feeling! Lemons are known for both their detoxing and fat burning qualities.
