As technology trends change, each year more leaders in the industry emerge with the next greatest solution or platform. And believe it or not (I love this part!), many of these start-up founders are women. From creating targeted mobile advertising to a cool new device, these women are changing the face of technology, how we use and what we use it for. Inc.com put together this incredible list of women in tech to watch in 2013 and I had to share. Check out the top 10 below.

- Stephanie Horbaczewski, founder & CEO, StyleHaul. Stephanie created Stylehaul, a video network for fashion, shopping and beauty.
- Poornima Vijayashanker, founder & CEO, Bizeebee. She runs a very cool project called Femgineer, which empowers women to get into science and tech.
- Amy Sheng the co-founder of CellScope. Sheng is developing crazy apps for use in the medical world. (think medical records and digital first aid)
- Michal Tsur, co-founder & president of Kaltura. They’ve created an open source video player.
- Susan Feldman & Alison Pincus, co-founders, One Kings Lane. Creative partners spent their savings on starting One Kings Lane, a flash sale site for home design.
- Jennifer Lum, co-founder & president, Adelphic Mobile. Lum is figuring out targeted mobile advertising one step at a time and the best part, she’ll totally do it.
- Alexa von Tobel, founder & CEO, LearnVest.com. Learnvest is genius – they offer affordable financial advice for women.
- Dr. Vivienne Ming, founder & CEO, Socos. Socos is a data and tech mining company, helping teachers adapt to learning styles in real time.
- Prita Uppal, founder & CEO, Hooked. Hooked is a game recommendation app that knows what type of games you’ve downloaded and played in the past.
- Stina Ehrensvärd, founder & CEO, Yubico. Stina and her team created the YubiKey, used to generate a one-time password for secure logins.
