Gwyneth’s new cookbook, It’s All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great, recently hit the shelves and these health-conscious recipes are definitely the talk of town.

Gwyneth has been quoted saying, “Sometimes when my family is not eating pasta, bread or processed grains like white rice, we’re left with that specific hunger that comes with avoiding carbs.” But pointing out to Shape magazine that she “only eat this way two or three times a year for three weeks at a time.”

The new cookbook is filled with 185 recipes and leaves out typical kitchen staples like alcohol, wheat, meat, dairy, eggs and sugar.
