As long as the bad days aren’t taking over and you’re able to see and appreciate your family and life – it’s all good. Sometimes, bad days can feel really overpowering and by the end of a day like that, you’re exhausted. But by getting into the habit of reminding yourself of a few positive things, you just may be able to turn even the worst day around.
