Bloated Tummy? Veg Out

Bloated tummy?  Sallow skin?  Don’t get mad- get juicing.  A week before your event, add 32 ounces a day of green fruit and veggie juices (pears, spinach, celery) to your diet.  Focus on eating a planet-based diet, including lots of low sugar fruits and vegetables such as cucumbers, avocado and tomatoes.  This will reduce bloating and enhance the vibrancy of your skin.
