  2. Refrain from overcommitting. You can always say no – remember that.
  3. Take breaks! Go outside, walk around get a little fresh air. It’s ok, you deserve it.
  4. Do something you enjoy, every day. Whether it’s a hobby or simply relaxing with a good book, give yourself some fun time.
  5. Get organized. Mapping out a plan for your day or even doing something as simple as making a list, will put it all into perspective.
  6. Have fun and laugh!
  7. Get some exercise. You can walk the dog, go for a run, hit a class at the gym – whatever works for you. A little exercise goes a long way.
