Facebook just announced its new Instagram video app, available on both iOS and Android. In contrast to Twitter’s Vine app, the videos are 15 seconds long and can be edited with 13 new filters. The Instagram video app also allows you to chose a cover picture (similar to YouTube) and uses Cinema, which allows you to stabilize your video shot. Sounds amazing and is definitely a game changer!
