I love this high fashion Kim! My dear friend Kim Kardashian did an incredible, dramatic photo shoot with the one and only Karl Lagerfeld for CR Fashion Book, Carine Roitfeld’s new magazine. The former Vogue Paris editor-in-chief worked with Lagerfeld for a surprising editorial featuring Kim and her baby bump back in May, a few months before North West was born.
