  • On pushing yourself: “Two minutes of ab work isn’t enough.”
  • On eating healthy: When shedding baby weight, Shakira filled up on fiber, protein, fish oils, calcium and iron in eight small meals a day.
  • On attitude: “I don’t obsess over my flaws, because I see my body as a whole.”
  • On staying active: “I did Zumba throughout my pregnancy. That helped me not gain too much weight.”
  • On being proud of the body you have: “I’m quite proud of my rear.”
