- On eating healthy: When shedding baby weight, Shakira filled up on fiber, protein, fish oils, calcium and iron in eight small meals a day.
- On attitude: “I don’t obsess over my flaws, because I see my body as a whole.”
- On staying active: “I did Zumba throughout my pregnancy. That helped me not gain too much weight.”
