January covers are starting to be revealed and one of my favorites has got to be Penelope Cruz for Allure! The actress and mother of two looks sexy, exotic and gorgeous in the shoot and divulged a few exclusive tidbits about her life in the interview. See what she shared with the magazine below!

On breastfeeding: “I’m supposed to get extra calories because breast-feeding you burn, like, an extra 500 a day. I was breast-feeding my son 13 months, and I plan to do the same with my daughter. [Nursing] is addictive. It’s hard when the day comes when you have to stop.”
On directing the short film for her L’Agent for Agent Provocateur line: “I did the whole casting myself. Some of the girls are 20. Some of the girls are 50. I made sure that we had a couple of plus-size models. It’s like a celebration of all types of beauty.”
On her childhood: “In my house every Sunday, everybody was cleaning the house. There was always music, and everybody was dancing, sometimes naked, around the house. Not hippie, but very free.”
On Salma Hayek: “She’s one of my best friends. We call each other huevos [eggs]. It was because when we were working together, we didn’t have children yet, so we used to sleep much more than now. So it was a way to call each other lazy. We slept in the same bed so many times and it was like she was always trying to wake me up and call me huevos.”
