It’s the perfect time to let your guard down, have a little fun and join in the party – but the after effects of over-indulging may not feel so great.   1. Eat lots of fruits and veggies (think smoothies and soups)
  2. Get going with some hot water and lemon. This will boost your immune system and help hydrate
  3. Sweat it out. Go out and get some good old fashioned exercise
  4. Drink LOTS of water, all day long
  5. Don’t stress about it! We all need to have a little fun sometimes – it’s what life’s all about!
