There is no doubt it’s been a long winter (it’s kind of all anyone can talk about right now). Between what seems to be the endless PolarVortex and the long, dark days of winter – it’s easy to get in the habit of falling into the doldrums. While getting a little down and out might be common this time of year, finding your bliss is easier than you think. Read on for a peek at my tips for feeling blissful right now, and get a little spring back in your step, stat!

 5 Tips for Finding Your Bliss

  • Get off the couch! It may be brisk out there, but a little fresh air goes a long way.
  • Do one thing, every day just for you.
  • Quit being so hard on yourself. It is winter, after-all.
  • Get out with the girls (or guys) at least once a week. Some genuine friend time gives you a chance to let loose and let your hair down.
  • Take a little timeout from your phone. Start off each day text and social media free and give yourself the opportunity to have a clear head.
