The best exercise that I have completed is one that made me think about my legacy. It is so easy to become caught in the schedule of life that we so often miss the purpose of what our existence is. You know the schedule, married by 25, first child by 28, climb the corporate ladder by 30. In the midst of checking off our to do list of accomplishments, have we lost sight of what is really important? What do you want to be known for? What do you wish to leave behind for for your children, your family, your community? How will you continue to make a difference once your physical presence leaves this earth. Remember, it is not always about what you do now, but what you leave behind.
