It’s no secret that everyone loves a good party. It’s Saturday night, and you’ve got plans that you’re excited for! Who doesn’t love that feeling? The only problem is that party ideas can get kind of bland sometimes. Another dinner party? No thanks. So how do you jazz it up? Well, it’s time to throw a party that’s a little different. Dress Up Themes- Sometimes it’s fun to create a themed party where you don’t know how your guests will react. Some of my favorite themes include dress up parties where you have to dress out as someone from the 90s or try to dress as your favorite cereal box character. One hilarious idea is to host a hippie vs hipsters party and see who comes dressed as what!
Creative Themes- ABC parties were really big in college, but it’s time to change it up. Go for a recession themed party where everyone has to dress up in an outfit costing under $10. Do an “around the world” party! Get cute ideas from Pintrest and ask your guests to bring different foods from around the world.
Something Classy- Opt for something classy but still fun by throwing a 1920’s murder mystery party. You could also try a decadent Marie Antionette themed party full of pastries and champagne.
