Health is important. Working out should be a part of your daily routine. Put on some sneakers, grab your jogging pants and go for a run. Yet, sometimes it’s hard to find the motivation to go out there and get fit. Sometimes we find it difficult to get our daily crunches in. It feels like we need some—well, help! So where can we turn? Our friends are all busy, our significant other has a work obligation. I’ve got the answer, girl. Turn to your phone! Yes, there are plenty of amazing workout apps to help you get through your fitness slump. Check out some of my favorites below!
Skimble Workout Trainer- Skimble offers its users a thousand free workouts to try. It brings users videos to help them sculpt those abs they’ve been desperate for. With audio/visual help, this app is like having a personal trainer, but without having to spend the big bucks. On this app you can build your own custom playlists to create workouts that work best for you.
JEFIT- If you’re looking to strength train and body build, then JEFIT is for you. It’s similar to Skimble in that it has tons of different workouts to choose from in its database. You can choose to target a body part. JEFIT will help you to sculpt and improve that problem area. You can track your progress and make your own fitness schedule on the app alone, which is pretty helpful if you ask me!
Johnson & Johnson Official 7 Minute Workout App- Sometimes you need a little boost of energy mid-day, which is why the seven-minute workout app is so incredibly helpful. This app guides users through quick seven-minute workouts as well as advanced workouts for when you’re ready and prepared.
