Actress and dancer Julianne Hough is sporting a new short hair cut. The ‘Foot Loose’ dancer has traded her long gorgeous locks for a shoulder length hair cut. Last night the young actress and girlfriend to E! network producer Ryan Seacrest made an appearance at the Annual Hollywood film gala in a low v-cut dress gold dress, gold platform pumps, and a wavy new short hair do. Although, Julianne looks great in anything but I think she looks better and more youthful in longer hair.
