These days, it seems as though everyone is a little bit stressed at any given moment. We deal with a lot of anxiety and stressful situations (ie. traffic, work situations, family life) on a daily basis. People take on a lot and sometimes they don’t even realize it. You Struggle To Concentrate- When you’ve got a lot on your plate, it’s easy to get distracted. You’re thinking about your kids or that meal you need to prepare. How are you going to fit that workout in? It all racks up leaving you in your head rather than focused on what’s going on during your day.
You Have Problems Sleeping- It’s time to fall asleep and your brain just can’t turn off. Yet you keep on thinking and ruminating over everything that’s going on. It becomes difficult to let yourself lull off into a good night’s sleep. It’s probably a sign that you’re stressed out. Take some deep breaths. Make a conscious decision to shut off your brain. You can get a good night’s sleep, it’s all about relaxation.
Your Hair is Falling Out- You could be experiencing a lot of stress if your hair is falling out more than it normally does. Our hair goes through stages where it falls out, but if it feels like it’s falling out more than usual, then something could be up. It’s not dangerous, but it is a sign of severe stress so it’s important that you keep an eye out and maybe talk to your doctor to see what you can do.
You’re Sick Often- You might be stressed out if you’re constantly sick and there seems to be no way out of it. You have a cough or cold every other week. You can’t seem to get over this sickness. What can you do? Listen to your body. Rest when you need to rest and relax when you need to relax. Get extra sleep and try not to overexert yourself.
