Katy Perry is no stranger when it comes to making a statement. The ‘Teenage Dream’ singer walked the MTV’s VMA Europe red carpet in bright pink hair, pink lipstick, 40’s retro inspired hair do, and turquoise eyeliner all to match her pink jacket. Although, Katy Perry is an amazing performer and dresses a certain a way as part of her look, I sometimes prefer to see Katy in a more natural look to showcase her beautiful piercing blue eyes and flawless skin.
