5 Ways To Get Motivated Everyday

There are 5 sure ways to help keep you motivated everyday.  Just as our energy becomes depleted, so can our motivation.  It is hard to keep the motivation thermometer high, especially when we spend a great deal of time motivating others.  When we don’t have enough energy to pick up our pom-poms, its time to draw motivation from other sources.  Here are 5 ways to be motivated everyday:

1. Remember the reasons why you work so hard.  You may be the provider for your family, take care of a loved one, or just want to maintain a lifestyle.

2. Your purpose is dependent on your motivation.

3. Keep a journal of gratitude.  Each morning, read your entry from the previous day and you will see accomplishments and blessings.

4. Realize that each day, you are one step closer to achieving your dreams.

5. Read inspiration everyday that will empower you to continue to pursue your dreams.
