We have become an instant busy society. Everything we need is at fingertips, literally. There are amazing apps that assist us in business, help with our projects, create our “to do” lists and help keep our lives on track. Even with great technology, we still have a hard time remembering the most basic elements that are important to our mental and emotional foundations. Here are five things people forget to do everyday. Do you agree?
1. Smile. Life is not that bad.
2. Meditate. Instead of rushing to start your day or becoming frustrated and angry, take a few moments to breath and refocus.
3. Tell people you love that you love them.
4. Laugh. Yes laugh. Some people are so serious. You need a little humor to get through.
5. Rest. Slow down. Rest your mind. Be at peace.
