Have you ever found yourself traveling and realizing you just aren’t sure where to head for Sunday Brunch? A must! Especially on any weekend get-a-away or vacation. If you ever find yourself in New York, you know there are so many restaurants, deciding on a brunch spot can be an incredible challenge. Not sure where you should go for a lazy Sunday morning in New York City? Here are three of my top brunch spots in New York:
#1. Lafayette
To feel like you stepped right into a European café and for the best pastries in town, “Lafayette is an everyday grand café and bakery in ceremony of French cooking at the corner of Lafayette Street and Great Jones Street in downtown Manhattan. Our market-driven bistro menu is a worldly homage to the genre that spans a variety of regions, from Provence to Normandy to neighboring Mediterranean coasts, offering a re-mastery of traditional dishes we love and some signatures.”

#2. Balthazar
For the feeling of the perfect French brasserie right in the middle of SOHO, head straight to Balthazar. Balthazar is a “masterpiece, an evocation of a Paris brasserie that outglows anything within Brie-tossing distance of the Seine.” (viaNYMag)

#3. ABC Kitchen
For the most beautiful backdrop in the city, this restaurant is as delightful to gaze at as is the delicious brunch menu. For an incredibly relaxing morning, don’t forget to try one of ABC’s signature seasonal glazed doughnuts.
