Happy Sunday, my friends. I hope you find yourself resting from a busy week. And what a week it’s been. It seems that the theme of the week has been empowerment. Even when it’s a struggle, powering through to the next step, the next moment, can open up new opportunities beyond what we ever expected. Sometimes that inspiration to keep at it comes from the women in our lives. And sometimes, they come from the women who’ve been there before and have something to say about it. Wherever you find your inspiration, hold on to it and keep moving. Just keep going. Every step is one step closer to achieving your goals. In this week’s post, you’ll find some ladies with something to say about getting there. These books, interviews, and life lessons are so important to me. I hope they resonate with you as well as you catch up on what you may have missed on LW for the week of April 18. xo

4 Superfoods That Pack a Punch: If you’re feeling drained, you may need a natural boost. Coffee can’t do what these delicious superfoods can.
How to Be Smart about Sun Protection: As we enter the warmer months, let’s stay ahead of the game and be kind to our skin and health.
A Must-Read for Moms: I love the concept of this book, “What I Told My Daughter.” Influential women and celebrities write about the pearls of wisdom they’ve shared with their daughters. (Perfect gift for moms and daughters!).
How to Stop Struggling to Stay Fit: We all struggle with staying on track with our fitness goals (if it were easy, everyone would be fit!). But there are a few little tricks that can help make the process easier. I’m sharing a few that work for me.
