If you’ve been keeping up with me on Instagram lately, you’ve probably seen our new Greenwich home taking shape. I don’t like to wait on anything (as some of you may already know), so I’ve been going full speed in the decor of our new home. I love neutrals because they keep any space feeling open and serene. Plus, that makes it easy to swap out details and trend pieces as the mood or season strikes. This particular home lends itself to a neutral palette that accentuates the classic architecture, so we’ve been adding grays, blues, whites, and creams throughout. I’m excited to show you what we’ve done so far. Take a look at the photos below and keep up with me on Pinterest to see my inspiration.
Greenwich Inspired: More Decor in Our New Home
Above: Ayden’s room will be equipped with bunk beds. But it already has the requisite dinosaurs kids love. The low couch and floor cushions are perfect for both kids and adults.
Above: We’ve been playing outside all summer, enjoying nature and reconnecting with the family. So this new playground is a perfect addition for the kids. They’ll grow with it and stay active every summer.
Above: There is so much natural light in this bedroom, the white, beige, and grey tones all feel light and soothing. On a rainy day, it’s perfect for curling up with a good book.
Above: Simple and clean, with enough space to run around and have fun with the kids. They love it.
Above: A library with warm wood paneling gets a modern but classic touch of blue with a fur throw. Feels so cozy in here.
Above: Keeping it simple in the kitchen with white, wood, and grey. The white accents pull it all together. Clean.
Above: A little bit of drama with the crystal chandelier, mirrored tables, and modern art on the walls. Deep plums and navy throw pillows offset the neutral creams of the couch and area rug.
