Get the Look with Motives®: Waves Makeup Tutorial
#1. Get started by applying Motives® Eye Base all over the lid.
#2. Use the Motives® Demure Palette above the crease and blend to create the perfect transitions and highlights.
#3. Next, take the Dynasty Palette and brush “Cleopatra” in the crease and all over the lid.
#4. Use “Little Black Dress” gel liner to create the perfect winged look.
#5. Give that lower lash line a pop by adding “Electra” from the Dynasty Palette.
#6. Use a colored mascara of your choice (like the one shown in purple) to finish your lashes.
#7. Top your lid with a dusting of glitter powder (Motives® Glitter Pots are ideal). Be sure to use a glitter adhesive.
