How to control anger is a hot topic. Through interaction with people in our daily lives, watching reality television and our own personal response to certain situations, we see that anger is a real emotion. However, we must examine if we are channeling the emotion of anger correctly. Just like any other emotion that we experience, anger has to be kept in control. When anger is out of control, it can be destructive. You never want to be in a position when you are known for how you respond as opposed to who you are.
