Loren Ridinger’s top 10 motivational blogsBlogs are such a great way to gather new information, meet new people, read about different experiences and exchange ideas.  I love blogs!  That’s why I write two!

I love blogs that motivate us to think, act, or become a better version of ourselves.  I think that something amazing happens when we read someone else’s thoughts and become inspired to act in our own lives.  That is really how the world becomes a better place.  I believe that we are empowered by what others do.

Birds On the Blog: This London blog features career advice and breaking women’s-interest news from 11 resident bloggers(known as “the birds”).  All ad revenue from the site is used to fund the education of 5-year-old Ugandan twin girls, Princess and Perfect.

Amazing Women Rock:Curated by Susan Macaulay, a Canadian expat living in the United Arab Emirates.  A standout series on international role models includes videos and interviews.

Beauty Bean: Concerned with women’s magazines’ ,obsession with weight loss and body image, Beauty Bean is devoted to inner beauty–without dieting tips and tricks.  DIYbeauty regimens take the cake.

Chic CEO:A brand new site for women with the entrepreneur bug.  Advice covers everything from idea-generation to patents and copyrights to the pros and cons of buying a franchise.  Great design and a clever blog round out the experience.

DivineCaroline: A curated blog platform for women, DivineCarolinehosts entertaining and thoughtful content about work, travel, style, and relationships.

The Hairpin: This blog, edited by freelance writer Edith Zimmerman, strives to be like “a low-key cocktail party among select female friends.”  Beauty, food, cocktails, general quirkiness.

Jane Has A Job:A blog and community hub for working women in their 20s and 30s.  Their mission is to address the many challenges of a woman’s life, recognizing that no two women are the same, but that they do share certain desires and concerns.

Mom Invented: Tamara Monosoff launched this on linecommunity for entrepreneurial moms.  It supports and inspires women inventors with business advice and product licensing opportunities.

Ms. Money:A personal finance resource for women that covers everything from investing and budgeting, to debt reduction.  All to give financial peace of mind to its users.

Pioneer Woman: Ree Drummond juggles home school, career, life on a ranch, and blogs her recipes, photography, and family stories. Inspiring and delicious!!
