She has since evolved from her reality show roles on Laguna Beach and The Hills to establishing herself as a bestselling author of the LA Candy trilogy and fashion designer.When Glamour asked about how she stays grounded in her busy life, Lauren replied, “The best way to stay grounded is to surround myself with friends and family who knew me way back when. There’s nothing like cleaning my mom’s dishes or taking out the trash to remind me that I’m no different than anyone else.” It is so nice to see a young woman doing big things, looking amazing as well as secure and confident in her own skin.
