Becoming an entrepreneur is one of the most rewarding life choices you’ll ever take on. But it’s also one of the most difficult and challenging. With the stress of wanting to succeed often comes anxiety. And dealing with that nervous energy can be a challenge in itself. Sometimes, simply walking away from a stressful project works for me. But oftentimes, a creative activity is exactly the right thing to take the edge off.

From exercising to spending time with loved ones, channeling that energy into positive vibes is one of the best ways to nip anxiety in the bud. Thinking it’s time you find some new solutions? With April being National Stress Awareness Month, here are 35 ways to channel your anxiety and come out feeling more at ease.
