Bruce Cost Ginger Ale – Blood Orange Ginger Ale Sherbet

Ingredients

  1. 2 bottles of Bruce Cost Ginger Ale – Blood Orange with Meyer Lemon
  2. 1 cup Coconut Milk
  3. 1/3 cup of Sugar
  4. ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
  5. Diced ginger (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place metal container from the ice cream maker in the freezer for 4 hours.
  2. Mix ingredients together thoroughly in the cold metal container.
  3. Churn ingredients in the ice cream maker (follow manufacturer’s instructions).
  4. Place the churned sherbet in the freezer overnight. Enjoy!
