Things have definitely changed in our country because of the events that took place in 2001. Now is a good time to pray and reflect on the future. NYC has been such a haven for my family and I. After the events that took place on that day, we were heart broken. Where were you when you found out about the attacks? Tell me in the comments. While you reflect, take a look at this photo series by photographer Gordon Donovan to see some of the most iconic photos taken on that fateful day.

To all those affected by 9/11, my heart is with you.
