When you’re at your day job you’re probably sitting in front of a computer all day, so good posture is hard to come by. We tend to slouch when we’re sitting at our desks from 9-to-5. So, what are we to do? The answer is workout our backs. Right now, I’m working with a personal trainer and I love arms and back day. Once we’re done with back exercises, I feel like my back is properly stretched out and straight.
