- Highlight under the brow with Motives Pressed Eye Shadow in Vanilla.
- Using Motives Liquid Liner in Noir, create an arched line above the crease and create a curly tail at the outside corner of the eye.
- Be creative and draw your favorite designs coming from the top line you just drew.
- Highlight the corner of the eye using Motives Paint Pot In She Sparkles.
- Use Motives Paint Pot in InStyle to cover the eyelid up to the line you drew making sure not to cover it.
- Apply Motives Pressed Eye Shadow in After Party where She Sparkles ends to the center of the lid, blending with InStyle.
- Using the Motives Liquid Liner in Noir, line the top lash line ending in a downward curve.
- Line the bottom tear line.
- Add your favorite Motives Mascara and False Lashes for a finished, star ready look.
