Renée Zellweger is back and looking gorgeous as ever as she poses for Vogue UK’s “ageless” issue to promote the newest Bridget Jone’s film Bridget Jone’s Baby. Check her out on the cover of the magazine below.
She gives a sly smile on the cover of the magazine’s July issue while wearing a gorgeous light pink, yellow, white and green floral gown. in another image, she’s wearing a palm tree printed pajama top and she lays over a lounge chair. Gorgeous. It’s a simple look for this ageless beauty.
In the magazine Zellweger recounts her reasons for leaving Hollywood.
“I found anonymity, so I could have exchanges with people on a human level and be seen and heard, not be defined by this image that precedes me when I walk into a room. You cannot be a good storyteller if you don’t have life experiences, and you can’t relate to people.”- via
I makes sense. Remember that Zellweger was at the height of her career when she left the limelight, but I’m excited to see her back in action while giving us some transparency; something that’s so rare in Hollywood.
She goes on to tell the magazine that she even got sick of her own image.
“As a creative person, saying no to that wonderful once-in-a-lifetime project is hard. But I was fatigued and wasn’t taking the time I needed to recover between projects, and it caught up with me. I got sick of the sound of my own voice: it was time to go away and grow up a bit.”- via
Either way, I’m glad to see Renée Zellweger back in action. Will you be watching her new movie, Bridget Jone’s Baby? Let me know in the comments section! I know I’ll be there! Check out the trailer below.
