I wash my hair once to twice a week. I know what many of you are thinking: “how?” My hair gets just as greasy as everyone else’s, but because my hair is processed, I try to stay away from shampooing it because it strips my hair of its natural oils, leaving it even more damaged. I start seeing my hair getting oily on day 3 of not washing it. I start out almost every morning by brushing out my hair. This distributes the natural oils to the rest of my hair while also helping it look less matted. I used the Wet Brush because it’s gentle on my hair. It’s important to prevent damage at all costs, ladies!

Next, I apply dry shampoo to the roots of my hair. I brush it out so that the product distributes to the ends. I want my hair clean looking, so I make sure it reaches all of my head!

To help make my hair look freshly blowdried, I add my favorite product for making my hair look as good as new: Fixx Volumizing Boost Spray! This product brings my hair back to life! Instead of looking dirty or flat, it’s voluminous and soft!

Lastly, I add a texture spray to my hair to give it some of that boost it’s missing. If I really need to, I curl the ends a little beforehand to make it extra textured and tousled.
