Keep things simple- Keep things super simple! This is my number one tip. When I’m planning any party, I try to make sure everyone’s having a good time without bogging them down with activities or plans. When I go to parties, I just want to relax with friends, especially at a pool party— you’re guests probably want to do the same. As fun as those Pinterest-approved games sound, maybe consider skipping them this time.
Make sure to have plenty of refreshments- Drinks are a necessity! I love having parties where different friends from different groups mingle. Having plenty of tasty drinks help that happen.
Play the right tunes- The right playlist will help set the scene. I like to stick to the hits, along with the 90s and early 2000s hip-hop. These always get the crowd going.
