1. Cleanse Your Face 3 x Daily: Morning cleansing and double cleansing at night will ensure your face is clean, helps prevent breakouts, and prepares skin to absorb your hydrating products to help keep you looking young and fresh.

2. Invest in a Cleansing Brush: Foreo and Clarisonic are the leaders of the cleansing brush industry. Cleansing brushes are a bit pricey but 100% worth it. Think of them as an investment to the lifelong good health of your skin.

3. Apply a Toner Post-Cleanse: This helps make sure your skin is as clean as possible and helps balance the pH.

4. Slather on the Hydrating, Healing and Preventative Creams, Oils and Serums: You don’t have to go overboard with the application, but make sure you’re using enough product and don’t skimp! Use a daily face cream with hyaluronic acid for incredible hydration to help plump the skin and smooth out fine lines. For nighttime, use a serum or oil with retinol to help decrease the appearance of pores, prevent wrinkles and speed up cell turnover.

Pro Tip: Use a jade roller on your face after you’ve applied your nighttime oil to help maximize absorption and help reduce puffiness in the face.

5. Use a Face Mask a Few Times per Week: Alternate between a brightening mask (pro tip: add a pinch of baking soda to exfoliate and help expunge dirt from your pores) and a hydrating mask. You want to unclog the pores and also restore moisture to make sure your skin is soft and supple.

Bonus Tip: Finish off your daily skin care routine with a luxurious lip balm and ultra-hydrating body cream to feel moisturized and baby-soft head to toe.
