To maximize your results, be sure to fill your bathtub with Epsom salts to help you relax, improve adrenal gland function, and remove the toxins and pollutants from your skin.

Nose breathing is much more calming than mouth breathing, so take some deep breaths whenever you feel yourself start to get stressed and feel the anxiety start to float away. Practice this technique daily to keep your nervous system in tip-top shape.
