Sensitivity is A Superpower- As I mentioned in my post “Could You Be an Empath?” empaths are super in tune to their feelings, so they notice things others don’t making them detail- oriented in a way others are not. They see the world differently so they notice the little things, making them great in a workplace environment.

Creativity at Its Finest- Emaths are creative, so they come up with creative solutions to your biggest problems. Be sure to listen to them and what they have to say because they’ll sometimes quiet down during stressful or negative situations. When their at their best, their creativity blooms, so be sure to keep your empath coworkers close!

A Gift for Communication- When it comes to communication, empaths rock. Because they understand all feelings, they can relate to anything coming from coworkers. As a team lead, their gift for listening can help them soar in the workplace. Watch your career blossom, empaths!
