8 Things to Do Before Noon Everyday
- Wake up!- Don’t hit the snooze button. Short increments of sleep aren’t good for you, no matter how good it feels to fall back asleep. Try to set your alarm outside of your room if you find yourself hitting the snooze button often.
- Take care of your skin- Use your favorite products to take care of yourself. It’s the one thing I do every morning.
- Workout- When I exercise before noon I feel refreshed and rejuvenated for the rest of the day. I get a bolt of energy and it’s a great way to start your day.
- Meditate- Even if it’s for a couple minutes. It’ll change your whole day and help you feel grounded.
- Eat a healthy breakfast- I’s go for a delicious shake! Add fruits and veggies for somethings exceptionally healthy. Eating well first thing in the morning is the best thing you can do for your body.
- Make your to-do list- Writing a list of all the things you have to do before the day is out will get you organized and in check. It’s my #1 tip for the day.
- Do that hardest thing on your to-do list first- Get the hardest thing on your to-do list first so the rest of your day is a breeze. That way you’re not stressed and you don’t feel weighed down by anything.
- Organize- Get your space organized so you’re ready for the day. A mess is so unhelpful to the mind. Tidy up and keep things neat!
