Strong female characters have been inspiring me this month! As Ayva gets older, we’ve been watching Dinsey princess movies together. I hadn’t seen Mulan since Amber was a little girl. Watching it with Ayva was such a special experience. Seeing it again reminded me what a brave and inspiring woman the film portrays. She gave up everything to bring honor to her family, even if her way wasn’t conventional. I felt proud to show Ayva this incredible character, which is why Mulan is my featured costume today!
