Let your lower lash line do the talking with this stunning eye look from @elymarino Get the look: 1.Begin by applying “Ivory” onto the brow bone 2.Using a flat brush and the color “Summer Fling” Pat onto the lid 3.Using a fluffy brush and a bit more “Summer Fling” blend the color into the crease 4.Using a liner brush and “Little Black Dress Gel Liner” draw a line on the outer edge of the eye (This will be your guide line for the next step) 5.Line the lower water line with “Little Black Dress Gel Liner” and smudge out using “Onyx Shadow & “Summer Fling” keeping the color underneath the line on step 4.
