Relationship breakdowns, family problems, and business stress can leave us with a less than desirable lust for life at times. It’s times like these when we have to reset our brain waves and figure out what’s making us unhappy so that we can fall in love with being alive again.
3 Ways to Fall in Love with Being Alive Again
1. Reflect.
Analyze what’s been causing you stress or unhappiness. Not everything will be quick and easy to cut out of your life immediately, like toxic people. Issues with work or family difficulties may take some planning and steps to implement to resolve.
2. Speak to someone.
Speaking to a friend or professional and being honest about how you feel can be a huge weight off. The one positive aspect to come out of the shocking celebrity suicides recently is a movement to challenge the taboos around mental health. No one should feel like they have to suffer in silence anymore when times get bad.
3. Create a vision board of your dream life.
Once you have your vision board, you can plan and start implementing the necessary steps to achieve your dream life.
4. Do something for you every day.
Sometimes it’s the little things that bring us the most joy. Make time for the things that make you happy every single day. It could be visiting your favorite local restaurant for lunch or spend time with your favorite people in the world. Spending time with my grandbabies fills my heart with so much love and gratitude.
